Thank you for shopping at Pure Aura! We want to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, sales events), processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days. We will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

UK Shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders

International Shipping:

  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • North America: 10-15 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-20 business days
  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number and email address.

Delivery Requirements

Most deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you're not available:

  • The carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions
  • You can arrange redelivery or collection from a local depot
  • Some carriers offer safe place delivery options

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes (for certain items)
  • Some remote areas or restricted locations
  • Countries with current shipping restrictions

If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss alternatives or process a full refund.

Order Consolidation

If you place multiple orders, we will do our best to consolidate them into one shipment if they're processed at the same time. Please contact us immediately if you'd like to combine orders.

Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For international orders outside the UK:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • These charges are determined by your country's customs authority
  • Charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs
  • Packages may be held at customs until fees are paid
  • We declare the full value of goods on customs forms as required by law

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at support@pureraura.store
  • Provide your order number and photos of any damage
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
  • We'll send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before completing your order:

  • Double-check spelling, postcode, and flat/house numbers
  • Include any special delivery instructions
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If you need to update your address, contact us immediately - we can only change it before dispatch

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts (customer unavailable)
  • Refused delivery
  • Unclaimed from depot

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery. If you prefer a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.

Shipping During Extreme Weather

During severe weather conditions or natural disasters, shipping carriers may experience delays or suspend services to affected areas. We will keep you informed of any significant delays to your order.

Pre-Orders and Backorders

If you order items that are on pre-order or backorder:

  • The expected shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page
  • We will ship your entire order once all items are available
  • If you'd like in-stock items shipped immediately, please place separate orders

Gift Orders

Sending a gift? We're happy to help:

  • Add a gift message at checkout (we'll include it in the package)
  • Prices are not included on packing slips for gift orders
